1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing any page of the bd2333 platform, or placing any wager — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other permitted access method — you enter into a legally binding agreement with bd2333. This agreement is constituted by these Terms & Conditions together with the bd2333 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that apply to individual offers.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. bd2333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by an on-screen notice at the time of their next login. Continued use of the platform after notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms — including any amendment — you must immediately cease using the bd2333 platform and contact support at [email protected] to request account closure. You may not use the platform under any alternative interpretation of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain a bd2333 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bd2333 does not permit gambling by persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bd2333 or any other platform operated by bd2333 or its affiliates.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any national or international self-exclusion scheme that bd2333 participates in.
• You must be the legal owner or authorised user of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds on bd2333.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bd2333 or any of its game provider partners.

bd2333 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to submit valid identity documents — including a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — before any withdrawal can be processed. bd2333 may request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause to verify age, identity, or the source of funds.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on bd2333. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bd2333 actively monitors for duplicate account activity using device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bd2333 will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately. bd2333 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept current.
• Account credentials are personal — do not share your password with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) to add a second layer of security to your account.
• Report any suspicious account activity to support immediately.

bd2333 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requests for proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, or enhanced identity verification. Accounts that fail to complete requested verification steps within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending the completion of that process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bd2333 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd2333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all account balances are maintained exclusively in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability and cardholder bank policy)

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are published in the Cashier section of the bd2333 platform. bd2333 processes withdrawal requests within one to five business days from the date of approval, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Withdrawals are always returned to the same payment source used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering procedures.

bd2333 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which bd2333 accepts no responsibility. Deposits made using payment methods that carry inherent transaction fees from the provider may result in a net deposit amount that is lower than the amount you initiate.

bd2333 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation before the withdrawal can be processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bd2333 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms take precedence for the matter they address.

General rules that apply to all bd2333 bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry dates are stated on each offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published in the individual bonus terms.
• bd2333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account will remain subject to their original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "hedging"), or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL finals, and T20 World Cup specials — are each governed by their own individual terms published at the time the promotion is launched. Players are encouraged to read those specific terms carefully before opting in to any promotional offer.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

bd2333 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd2333 platform. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account suspended or closed, and all associated funds may be forfeited:

• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven tools, or any automated software to interact with games, place bets, or perform account actions is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of fair play and these Terms.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, software bug, pricing error, or miscalculated odds is prohibited. bd2333 reserves the right to void bets placed under such circumstances and recover any funds erroneously credited.
• Money laundering: Using bd2333 for the purposes of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing them without genuine wagering activity, is illegal and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after depositing funds on bd2333 constitutes fraud. bd2333 will pursue recovery of such funds through all available legal means.
• VPN and proxy use: Attempting to access bd2333 via a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking tool in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions is prohibited.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing bd2333 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform is grounds for immediate account closure.

bd2333 employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors player behaviour continuously for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct described above. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bd2333 may act immediately and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and its players.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bd2333 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A valid legal or regulatory instruction requiring the account to be frozen or closed.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bd2333 account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bd2333 will process any remaining eligible balance to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Account closure does not discharge any liability the player may have incurred prior to closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bd2333 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance in proportion to the severity of the breach and any financial harm caused to the platform or its other players. Players who dispute an account closure decision may submit a formal complaint to [email protected]. bd2333 will respond to all formal complaints within 14 business days.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd2333's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the bd2333 platform, or any service provided by bd2333 — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd2333 does not accept liability for any of the following, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or bd2333 had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profits, or data arising from platform downtime, technical failure, or game error beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials or from unauthorised account access that bd2333 could not reasonably have prevented.
• Interruption to services caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or telecommunications failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the bd2333 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bd2333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through bd2333's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
